Automatic Concrete Pipe Mould Detaching Machine is also called screws detaching robot. It is an intelligent screws unfastening machine. Its working procedure is as below (taking the operation mode that the pipe is fixed and the machine moves and works for example): the pipe mould reach the detaching station→the balance aligning machine aligns the pipe mould and make it horizontal→detaching machine moves to the position of pipe mould, the sensors will look for the screws automatically and the detaching device will loosing the screws automatically→when the first group of screws is finished, the machine will moves to the next position and then loose the next group of screws until the whole screws of the pipe mould are loosed, the pipe mould can be detached. And then the crane can lift the upper mould.
